01 İşlenen veriler

Uygulama aşağıdaki verileri finans takibi sunmak için işler:

• Gelir ve gider kayıtları, kategoriler, tekrar eden işlemler
• Para birimi tercihi, tema ve dil ayarları
• Hatırlatıcılar, bildirim geçmişi ve gecikmiş ödeme özeti tercihleri
• Döviz çevirici kullanımı ve PDF dışa aktarma işlemleri

Ortak bütçe kullanıyorsanız grup işlemleri, borç özeti, üyelik ve davet kayıtları da işlenir. Hesap oluşturduğunuzda e-posta, kullanıcı adı ve kimlik doğrulama bilgileri saklanır. İsteğe bağlı olarak hatırlatıcılar cihaz takviminize eklenebilir.

02 Verilerin saklanması

Kişisel işlem ve hatırlatıcı kayıtlarınız cihazınızdaki yerel depolamada (AsyncStorage) tutulur. Ortak bütçe, grup verileri ve hesap profili; giriş yaptığınızda Google Firebase (Authentication ve Firestore) üzerinden senkronize edilir.

Ayarlar > Veri bölümündeki Yerel verileri temizle yalnızca bu cihazdaki kişisel kayıtları siler; hesabınızı silmez. Hesabı sil işlemi bulut profilinizi ve ilişkili verileri kaldırır.

03 Hesap ve oturum

Kişisel bütçe takibi hesap olmadan kullanılabilir. Ortak bütçe, grup daveti ve bulut senkronizasyonu için kayıt olmanız ve e-posta adresinizi doğrulamanız gerekir.

Oturum bilgileri Firebase Authentication ile yönetilir. Şifre sıfırlama ve e-posta değişikliği bu altyapı üzerinden yapılır.

04 Bildirimler

Hatırlatıcı ve gecikmiş ödeme bildirimleri cihazınızın bildirim sistemi üzerinden gönderilir. Bildirim geçmişi cihazınızda saklanır. Çalışması için uygulama ayarlarından ve cihaz izinlerinden etkinleştirilmiş olması gerekir.

05 Üçüncü taraf servisler

Aşağıdaki harici servisler kullanılabilir:

• Google Firebase — hesap yönetimi, ortak bütçe senkronizasyonu (Authentication, Firestore)
• Frankfurter.app — döviz çevirici için güncel kur bilgisi (para birimi kodları; kişisel finans kaydı gönderilmez)
• Cihaz takvimi — yalnızca siz hatırlatıcıyı takvime eklemeyi seçerseniz

Reklam veya analitik servisleri devreye alınırsa bu politika güncellenir.

01 Data we process

The app processes the following data to provide finance tracking:

• Income and expense records, categories, recurring transactions
• Currency, theme, and language preferences
• Reminders, notification history, and overdue summary settings
• Currency converter usage and PDF export actions

If you use shared budget features, group transactions, settlement summaries, membership, and invite records are also processed. When you create an account, your email, username, and authentication credentials are stored. Reminders may optionally be added to your device calendar.

02 Where data is stored

Personal transactions and reminders are stored in local device storage (AsyncStorage). Shared budget data, group records, and account profiles sync through Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) when you are signed in.

Clear local data in Settings > Data removes personal records from the current device only; it does not delete your account. Delete account removes your cloud profile and related data.

03 Account and session

Personal budget tracking works without an account. Shared budget, group invites, and cloud sync require registration and email verification.

Sessions are managed through Firebase Authentication. Password reset and email change flows use the same infrastructure.

04 Notifications

Reminder and overdue payment notifications are delivered through your device notification system. Notification history is stored on your device. They must be enabled in app Settings and device permissions.

05 Third-party services

The following external services may be used:

• Google Firebase — account management and shared budget sync (Authentication, Firestore)
• Frankfurter.app — exchange rates for the currency converter (currency codes only; no personal finance records sent)
• Device calendar — only when you choose to add a reminder to your calendar

If advertising or analytics services are introduced, this policy will be updated.

06 Your rights
